What If

Everything begins and ends with me, the way I see myself on the inside will show itself externally.

I can choose to run from anything I want, but sooner or later it will continue to show itself for me to confront.

I know the struggles at the sign of light and I have experience the pain going to sleep at night.

All the unrest inside of me, this storm has been brewing for some time internally.

Not understanding what Living was all about, i was just living on the surface with so much internal doubt.

Well I have finally choose to run no more, I have decided to let the real me in the front door.

As time as past I have learned to know, to live my best life I must repair my soul.

I have now learned and continue to grow, that being the best me is the only way to go.

My days use to be lived from surface to soul, but I have learned the true meaning of living is to be whole.

I no longer want to live any less, so I am now living from my soul to surface.

The ability to see value in myself allows me too see it in everyone else.

I now vow each day, to have empathy, compassion, forgiveness, mercy, grace and love for myself so I can treat others the same way
